There are three (3) terms per academic year. Fees are charged per year and collected per term.
Billing notices will be sent three times a year. School fees for the each term are due as follows:

|2nd term||15th April|
|3rd term||15th August|
Fees must be paid in full before the due date at the start of school.
A surcharge of five percent (5%) will apply for payments received one week after the due date. A grace period of a fortnight (two weeks) will be allowed and thereafter a suspension notice will be issued.
An installment plan, with associated administrative charges is available. Prior arrangements should be made with the administrative office.
Students whose tuition fees remain outstanding may be suspended from classes and report cards not issued.
Tuition fees for students who register/enroll after the beginning of the school year will be prorated at the time of admission. Students who withdraw before the end of the academic year are charged full tuition fees for the semester. No refund of fees in part or in whole for the semester shall be granted.
The deposit is refundable subject to fees being up to date and fully paid. Fees are not refundable in whole or in part for any reason. The deposit is refundable provided, fees are up to date and fully paid and written notice of the withdrawal which is ONE FULL academic term PRIOR to the intended date of leaving the school, must be received and acknowledged by the administration office.
Fees do not include the following:
Text & Activity Books, Lunch, Uniforms, Examination Fees, Transport, Excursion Fees, Student Pass & Visa and any charges that may be incurred by ECAs that include clubs, societies, uniformed groups, etc.
The annual fee includes:
Exercises books, worksheets, computer lab usage and group insurance coverage.

Ara Schools reserves the absolute right and discretion to revise the terms and conditions herein from time to time including any part of the Fees Schedule as it reasonably deems fit without prior notification of such.
