The SRC’s responsibility is to contribute positively to the general well-being of all members of the school community, particularly the students, and to improve the social life of the school community. It also leads and supports efforts to benefit the disadvantaged in the wider community.

We believe that activities outside of the school syllabus are as important as academic intelligence. Our students are encouraged to participate fully in our ECAs. These activities vary according to the time of year and the preferences of teachers and students. Typically they involve some kind of physical, practical and creative teamwork activities. We have a wide range of ECA bodies such as Taekwondo, Photography & Multimedia, Editorial, Music, Drama and Speech, Chess, Badminton, Swimming, Football (Soccer) etc.

Since 2011, we formed totally unique activity, Dragon Dance. Like lion dance, this is a form of traditional dance in Chinese culture which is often seen during festive celebrations.

They are held during the week after school between 3.15 to 4.30 pm. ECAs are open to primary students from Year 2 onwards. The primary students can choose clubs offered by teachers in the international school or the Malaysian school section. Normally two teachers organize one club together.
