Dear Parents

Mid-Year Examinations

Our students will all have completed their Mid-Year Examinations today and we look forward to seeing good results from all of the pupils concerned.

Parents – Teachers Meeting

We will be reviewing the results and compiling the Mid-Year Reports on your children’s results and progress to date over the course of the holidays. We would like to remind everyone that the Parent-Teacher Meeting Day will be held on Saturday, July 11th.

We would like to give a gentle reminder to all parents to schedule this day to meet with your children’s respective teachers to discuss their overall progress to date.

Telematch – 2015

With our students having studied hard for their Mid-Year Examinations, we invariably expect them to look forward to the commencement of their sports practice and heats beginning next week from Monday to Thursday, between 8.00am. and 10.00am., with the exception of Wednesday, 27th May, when we will be celebrating Teacher’s Day. Students are reminded to bring their sports attire throughout the sports practice days.

Normal classes will be conducted as usual from 10.30am onwards. The various final sporting events scheduled will be held during the Telematch, on Friday, 29th May, next week from 8.00am onwards. Children may return home at 2.00pm. This will be the last day of the first semester.

Teachers’ Day Celebration

We will be celebrating Teachers’ Day on Wednesday, 27th May, between 8.00am. and 12.00pm. All students are encouraged to bring along their “Pot Luck” lunch to celebrate the occasion.

Primary Camp 2015

Letters were sent out last Wednesday, 20th May informing all Primary school parents of the Primary Holiday Camp to be held between Tuesday, 2nd June and Thursday, 4th June at the Primary School Campus building at No. 29. We have extended the duration of the camp by a day due to the overwhelming request of the children that participated during last year’s Camp.

A reminder for those interested to have your children attend the Camp, to send in your confirmation via the attached Letter of Consent (issued on 20th May) together with your payment before Thursday, 28th May 2015.

Mid-Year Holidays

The Schools will be closed from Saturday, 30th May until Sunday, June 28th for the Mid-Year holidays. The Administrations Office will remain open between the hours of 9.00am and 1.00pm; and from 2.00pm. to 4.00pm.

We would like to wish all our Students and Parents, “Have a Great Holiday ahead!” For those travelling, we wish you all, a safe and pleasant journey!

We will be looking forward to all students eager and fresh to return to school at 8.00am on Monday 29th June.

Extra Revision Classes for Examination Year Students

We will be having extra revision classes for Examination Year students during the holidays. We will be writing next week to notify you further on the matter.

Ramadhan 1436.

The 1st of Ramadhan will fall on June 18th, and we wish all our Muslim students and parents, “Selamat Berpuasa!”

Thank you.
