Dear Parents, Students & Staff

School Cafeteria Revised Cashless Mode for All Purchases

In view of requests from several parents and following a review of our cafeteria’s operations, the school’s cafeteria operator, “Del’s Kitchen” will proceed to adopt a new cashless transactions policy for the purchase of all items sold through the school cafeteria. This move is primarily for the benefit of all our students, especially the younger ones. This measure will be implemented effective from Monday, 9th February 2015. All items purchased from the Del’s Kitchen through the cafeteria will NOT be transacted via cash payments with effect from that date.

Parents whose children purchase food and drinks from Del’s Kitchen through the cafeteria, will be required to pay an advance sum of RM200 per child to our cafeteria operator as a credit to your child’s account. Each and every purchase that is purchased from Del’s kitchen will be recorded and debited accordingly against each respective child’s account.

Del’s Kitchen will reconcile each child’s account on the 15th and 30th or 31st of every month, (fortnightly) and a statement of the balance on each child’s account will be emailed directly to each parent. Upon receipt of the statement parents will be required to arrange payments to top-up their respective child’s account for the following fortnight’s cycle.

Pn. Dalilah or her appointed representative of Del’s Kitchen will be at the school during the following dates and time to collect the initial advance and subsequent payments:

Mon, 2nd & Wed, 4th February 2015  ~  (i)   8.00am to 8.30am ~ (ii)  12.00pm to 12.45pm.,

On the 16th & 1st of each & every month ~ (i)   8.00am to 8.30am ~ (ii) 12.00pm to 12.45pm.

(Or on the Monday following, should the 16th  or  1st fall on a week-end or public holiday)

All payments may be made by cash or via cheque made out to, “DEL’S KITCHEN SDN. BHD.”

We believe that this revised system will be beneficial to all our students and will serve to facilitate the cafeteria’s counter operations. You may also contact Puan Dalilah directly for any further details.

Please note that this system does not apply to purchase of drinks, ice cream and any other food items sold  through the office. These items will continue on the current cash terms.

Thank you.
