Mid-Year Examinations

Our students will all have completed their Mid-Year Examinations today and we look forward to seeing good results from all of the pupils concerned.

Parents – Teachers Meeting

We will be reviewing the results and compiling the Mid-Year Reports on your children’s results and progress to date over the course of the holidays. We would like to remind everyone that the Parent-Teacher Meeting Day will be held on Saturday, July 11th.

We would like to give a gentle reminder to all parents to schedule this day to meet with your children’s respective teachers to discuss their overall progress to date.

We would like to inform you the dates for the UNSW assessments. The administration office has given students some past years’ UNSW papers for practice.

School Telematch Day

The school Telematch Day which is scheduled for Friday, 25 April has been postponed to Friday, 29 May. Please note the change in date.

Public Holidays and Replacement Classes in May

There will be a replacement day on Saturday, 9 May and thus will be taken as Revision Day for the whole school. The following are public holidays in May.

‘CHINGAY’ Procession

We have been informed by the police (PDRM) that on Wednesday, 11 March, many roads will be closed for the ‘Chingay’ procession. To avoid congestion caused by these closures, school will dismiss early at 1pm on Wednesday, 11 March. Kindly ensure your relevant transport provider is informed.

 

Term Break 14 – 24 March 2015

We would like to remind parents that school will close from Saturday, 14 March onwards for the school break and will resume on Wednesday, 25 March. Homework has been given to the students and it is hoped that students will use this time wisely to look into their studies.

During the school holidays, the administration office will be open for business from Monday, 16 March to Wednesday, 18 March, 9am until 4pm. It will be closed for lunch from 1pm to 2pm. Thereafter the administration …

Sri Ara Fun Run – Saturday, 28 February 2015

Our much awaited event, the Sri Ara Fun Run will be held on Saturday, 28 February. The school will be arranging a supervised trial run at the venue on Thursday, 26 February. Students will be ferried by bus to the venue at 8.30am and back to school by 10.30am. They will have to wear their PE attire and comfortable running shoes.

Chinese New Year Celebration

The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) are organizing the Chinese New Year celebration on Friday,  27 February. As part of the Malaysian culture, the event is to foster international goodwill and share the joy of celebrating Chinese New Year. School Cafeteria Revised Cashless Mode for All Purchases

In view of requests from several parents and following a review of our cafeteria’s operations, the school’s cafeteria operator, “Del’s Kitchen” will proceed to adopt a new cashless transactions policy for the purchase of all items sold through the school cafeteria. This move is primarily for the benefit of all our students, especially the younger ones. This measure will be implemented effective from Monday, 9th February 2015. All items purchased from the Del’s Kitchen through the cafeteria will NOT be transacted via cash payments with effect from that date.

Parents whose children purchase food and drinks from Del’s Kitchen through the cafeteria, will be required to pay an advance sum of RM200 per child to our cafeteria operator as a credit to your child’s account. Each and every purchase that …
