Dear Parents/ Students,
Mr. Edward Pragasam, In Memory
Mr. Edward Pragasam, our beloved head of art, passed away in the early hours of Sunday, 15 th September at the Singapore General Hospital, having undergone cardio surgery ten days earlier. He was an artist whose passion for education surpassed his love of art. He was a mentor to countless number of students and even in his old age, he was full of enthusiasm and optimism, inspiring students to pursue their passions and dreams. His hopes to hold an exhibition of his collection of artwork had since become a memory.
His passing on Sunday just prior to his 75th birthday, saddened us greatly as his presence will be dearly missed by all at Sri Ara.
