Dear Parents,

Second Term Break and Hari Raya Puasa

This year, the Hari Raya Puasa holidays will fall during the second term break. Therefore the holiday break will be extended for another week and will stretch from 4 until 19 September. School will resume on Monday, 20 September.

As the premier Johor international school, we focus on teaching our international students by following a globally recognised International curriculum. This is the British IGCSE International curriculum using the University of Cambridge syllabus.

In addition, a different but closely integrated wing of the school follows the Malaysian National Curriculum programme.

Consequently, Ara Schools currently provide for the educational needs of approximately 120 students who are aged 5 to 16 years. There are students of many different nationalities whose families are resident in the Johor Bahru area, hence the School offers a truly international learning environment to every one of them.
